I loved these bottles!

My husband and I decided to buy these bottles after reading a lot about the negative effects of BPA, and we absolutely loved them. They are very pricey but its well worth it if you're concerned about BPA. We were a little worried when we read everything about the nipples collapsing and needing to buy the gerber nuk nipples, but it turns out that we didn't even have that problem. My daughter transitioned perfectly from Avent to green to grow. These bottles are wonderful, and very cute. Believe me, they will make you feel better just knowing you're keeping your baby safe.
Nipples do collapse sometimes, but ...

At least I can be comfortable knowing that BPA and phthalates aren't leaching into my son's formula! He switched over from Playetex Ventaires with no major problems, except that the nipples do tend to collape if he sucks too hard. I tried fixing this by using the intermediate nipples, but they seemed a little too fast for my baby, even at almost 7 months ... I am trying to get him used to the faster nipple though - hoping that it will help the nipple from collapsing. Even if it does continue to collapse, it's easy to fix, as another reviewer stated, by breaking the suction for a second until the nipple opens back up again.
Even though the nipples do collapse occasionally, I STILL think it's worth it to buy these bottles to know that my baby is drinking only formula, and not other harmful chemicals. Plus, these bottles are so darn cute, I love them! I would definitely recommend them! |

I switched my son from Avent to these bottles because of the BPA issue. He adjusted within 2 days and now LOVES them. They work great. I have had no problems with the nipples. They are really cute too and are different from anyone elses at daycare.
Love them!

With the recent information coming out about BPA in the baby bottles, I was searching for something to replace our beloved NUK bottles. I breastfeed, so my daughter doesn't take many bottles, but when she does she is very particular! I tried several others, but none would take the NUK nipple without leaking, so neither my daughter nor I were happy--until I found these! They fit perfectly without leaking, and are cute as well. I don't know about the green to grow nipples, as I have only used the NUK ones with these bottles. I feel so much better knowing she is drinking from safe materials. (I did not want to go the glass bottle route as I was afraid it was unsafe with our tile floors!)
Get different nipples.

I like these bottles, there's nothing special or complicated about them other than being bpa free. I haven't had a problem with the nipples collapsing because I don't use them. My son likes the Nuk widemouth orthodontic nipples. These bottles are nice because they fit more than just their nipples. I recommend Nuk nipples. They have the one way valve built into the nipple. It took me a while to even recognize what it was until I saw bubbles of air coming through! Get the bottle, Buy different nipples! LOVE IT!

We used Avent bottles until my baby was about 8 months old and then switched to the Green to Grow ones. We did have a hard time with the nipple as well but Gerber NUK nipples actually fit their bottles if you're looking for a vented nipple. That is what we have done and they have worked wonderfully. Green to Grow makes a simple bottle without a lot of parts. It is great. I was thrilled to get these bottles.

Love these bottles. I contacted G2G about slow flow being too fast. They sent me the new and improved slow flow nipple for free. My child loves it! Thanks G2G!
